This does sound like an issue we are looking into regarding some inactive cities.

I do see you have already contacted our support team. They should be getting back to you shortly.

I sent a lvl 3 scout to a 4815pt town. The report came back with 60 spears and 890zerks. I send a 4 waves, 1 clearing and 3 scholars with escort. My first wave hit the city within 5hrs of the scout and cleared the city - it had 60 spears and now 968zerks. A 78 zerk increase in 5hrs is acceptable. Less than 1hr later (51min to be exact) my second wave, first scholar hit and I ran into 1256 lancers!!! My second scholar wave hit within a minute following and magically 825 additional sentries appeared!!! Never the less I lost all 3 scholar waves.

Mind you his barracks are at lvl 11, warehouse at 15 and resource buildings at 15 each. A lancer in world 49 takes 2min to build with lvl 15 barrack. For him to build 1200 lancers he would need 40hours not 5hrs. Forget about the sentries. And no this guy isnt in a guild nor does he have a second city. Hes been inactive for 5 days as I've been watching his city. The guy has always had even resource numbers (i.e. 20,104 - 20,104 - 20,104) which is a dead give away for being inactive.
