I've reinstalled and I still can't get in. I been locked out now for at least 11 hours. Frustrating is an understatement!!

This has happened to me several times. When I cannot get on Valor, here is what I do. Unfortunately, this happens several times a week. But at least I know a fix.

Reset your iPad.

General --> Settings --> Reset.
Choose the reset option that does NOT delete data or apps.

This has saved my game several times.

I deleted valor HD and got valor and it won't even open up. I'll try restarting

still not working. it says

unable to download application. valor HD could not be downloaded at this time.


but nonHD version is working.

I am able to play on HD right now. Whats the screen or error message you can't get past?

Anytime you aren't able to connect or get something strange going on doing a re install is the first step I would take.

If it still doesn't work after that, I would contact our support team.

oh yeah i am using HD version on ipad. hd version seems to be down.
