I am not able to enter world 36. Game keeps crashing. I have updated and rebooted the game. Not sure what to do?

Re: World 66, last night I accidentally entered the world using ENTER instead of SELECT LOCATION. When I tried to RESTART, it would not let me, saying I had more than one city! It's a brand new world and I did not have more than one city.

I abandoned W66.

Can it be reset for me so I can go into World 66?
