Sorry I didn't get what you meant, but yes, it's the same thing happening.
Now, I'm playing for free and I can ask so much, but if this happened to a paying player? I can't believe they don't have customer support on weekends and more knowing the game has these glitches. I have been dealing with these situation since friday. I haven't been able to grow a single point in that city, on the contrary, that dumbass has been able to downgrade several of my buidings since I can't be monitoring that city for 24 hours. I have to wait a whole weekend for them to solve the problem. I think this is totally unreasonable. They should have customer support all week long, again, knowing about these bugs....
Waitng till monday to see if they can do something about it.
