Restart the app, if that doesn't work restart your phone, if that doesn't work reinstall Valor, if that doesn't work, contact support and wait.

I've been trying to conquer a barbarian city 302,320 in R33 in world 98 and I've sent scholar waves several times. Twice it's happened to me that I get no report, my scholar and my troops are back at the ralley point
