For the rewards you get (not much), if the fix is to destroy and rebuild your academy, my advice would be to just build some scholars, take over a city, and build an academy in that one. That should get your quest completed.

Ok sorry. First of all i must say i didnt know i get respond inside my account. I was waiting for an e mail. Ken answerd me. He said 2 demolish the academy and 2 rebuild.. But if ill demolish the academy i will get my resources bacck? And the time for building the academy? Close. My new ticket plz

Stark is correct that 4 days without a response from a support ticket is not standard. Please send in another one and make sure you select Valor as the game.

I will grab my poking stick and make sure it is answered promptly.

Lol hopefuly. Its annoying a bit.. Funny thing is i finished some scholars quests but academy quest not.. Ohh well .

Yup. If you've reinstalled and it didn't fix things, there is most likely a bug somewhere. I would expect a friendly moderator/admin will wander by in the near future and poke one of the friendly people in support. :)

I understand. Im just saying all other quests are working. Just this quest dosent update. Reinstall didnt work. If no respond till tommorow ill send another ticket

Restart your application and/or your device. If that doesn't fix it, uninstall/reinstall Valor. This is most likely a data population issue; ie., your local device isn't getting the information from the server that you have completed the quest. A restart and/or reinstall ought to fix it. If not, send a ticket to support.

Chaosisback: I've have generally good luck with submitting tickets to support. If it has gone 4 days then it is likely it was either missed or the person responding has been busy. The administrators do check these forums, and I assume the moderators pass nudges to them as well. I would think they will be notified of your lack of response.
