Fixed it. Did a reset. General --> Settings --> Reset. Choose the reset that does not delete any apps or data.

That fixed it. I have to reset my iPad about twice a week because Valor likes to lock up ....

What did you do to fix it?

I downloaded the update today. All was fine. But now "Unable to reach Valor."
