Cannot enter or play in Victus

I play in 2 worlds. Erith and Victus. Right now I cannot get into Victus. It gives me an error saying 'this is not supposed to happen'.

I can still enter Erith and play. I have deleted the app and reinstall it but nothing changes. Please let me know what I need to do.
