I launched 20+ scholars from 1 city, targeting 5 enemy cities with close landing times.
2 targeted cities reacted normal, showing loyalty depleted by each scholar until conquered. (1 double conquered, but that is also common)
The other targeted cities conquered with every attack. The reports never showed decreasing loyalty, and every attack showed that I conquered from myself.
If it happened in just 1 city, I could understand that someone else had already lowered loyaty. But it happened in 3 at once. The reports I got were doubled and didn't show me ever taking the city from the original owner; only myself.
Altogether, it cost me about 15 scholars to conquer 5 cities.
This also happened on another occasion when attacking multiple barb cities from one location.
Generally, if someone else is attacking the same city at the same time; one of u will conquer the barb, and have the remaining incoming attacks from the other attacking player. But in these cases, I conquered with my first scholar, then reduced loyalty or conquered from myself with each subsequent scholar attack.
Any idea why this might happen? Can valor not handle so many scholar attacks at once?
