Which method have you tried and contacted support?

There are two different ways you can do so, both are located in my signature.

They are the ones you would need to contact for your issues.

Hi I have numerous issues that need fixed.
1. Have tried to contact support regarding problem in world 75, can't send report.
2. City has disappeared from my map in world 75. Have tried re-installing game, reset device etc to no avail.
3. Not able to update or respond to complaint tickets on world 73.
4. World 75 has some off the problems already listed in the forum.

Do the developers actually do anything to fix these problems or are they just happy taking players cash?
