Duplicate Emails

Now that I have 32 cities, I'm really struggling with getting so many duplicate emails. I usually keep my emails on spied barbs to figure out who to barb next, but I waste a lot of time because I'll get a duplicate email saying that he city is full of resources but I've already farmed it.

Any advice?
