I'm also having this problem. Every time I try and post to the guild forum, I get the "verify your email address". I can't do that because the game crashes every single time I tap the gear settings icon.

Problem "unauthorized access" of guild form & don't appear in "members" list; reinstalled Valor HD, same & paid gold & ticket in S382 but can't setup & access
