World A11 city hall level 25 completed but no quest reward. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still stuck.

I have this bug on A2. For the Aurora quest. I have met all the requirements and it has ticket them off but i can't scroll down to click the 'collect' button. Any ideas?

Sometimes there is a delay in the refreshing of some stuff. Maybe try to restart your phone, iPad, iPod ect and then check if it updated

As the title says, the city expansion quest is bugged, my buildings meet the required level but i can't compleet the quest. As for others, like troop quests and daily quest works fine tho.
