W34, I did that, but it says can only send support to members in the guild, but I already conquered the my 2nd city!

Go to the map, select the second city, send troops, choose for support.
What world are you in?

Yes, you can send troops to your second city, but they will only support this city from incoming attacks.
You cannot attack a third target from your second city.

Send troops.
