Day 3. Still could not down.
It's not only me, but many of us are still being kicked out of the app when we try to go into W31.

Can somebody shed us some light as to what is happening? The support team said that they will get back at me, since they are experiencing support ticket back log.
That was this morning. The day is almost over and still nothing. Anything?

Sounds like the frozen city issue as you can join other worlds fine.

This is being looked into but please contact support as it might require a manual fix for each player.

Details to contact them can be found in my signature.

We in W31 can't seem to get in. It's kicking us out of the app and crashing completely after tapping the world. Other Worlds seems to be OK, but not W31.
What is going on?
