There is serious issues in my world as well. I sent in a support ticket. There are guild member who can not log in. People who can log in have frozen cities they can not enter. Also the guild target can not be accessed in any fashion. Through links or the map. I even tried pulling up his profile in the ranking, it says Valor is updating for you..or something similiar. One of our player is losing a lot of cities and we haven't had contact with him for 2 days as well.

I'm using iOS . I tried to leave the guild, but it's the message "can not find this member in the guild". My crown can not kick me because my name is not in the list. please investigate this case.
how I can play when I can not attack barbarian cities. I attacked it pops up the message "we are updating the information for you"

Are you using android. If not have a crown boot you from the guild then invite you. If this doesn't work leave guild uninstall then reinstall and then join guild. This has happened to me a few times and these have both worked.
