My diplomacy largely consisted of flaming everyone who messaged me and randomly attacking nearby guilds.

I have intel that suggests PwnLaw was playing under an alias as he knew everybody was going to stomp him despite his petty efforts at diplomacy and lowering his bounty to ensure he doesn't get pwnt. But he knew better and that's exactly what he wanted you to think.
