I agree, I'm in that area too with a final build. 28k/29k is a decently streamlined city.

I agree with LordFirefall. Upgrading your cities to maximum points is a waste of supply space in a city.
Having maxed and decently sized city in 30.000 pts range can be a difference of 1.000 supply in units, maybe even more. The more maxed cities you have the more
army supply you "lose". Points are nice but units win you fights.

It maxes once you build all your buildings. However, I would encourage you to relook that strategy. A lot of people choose big fortresses as a target, since they have a lower troop capacity.

I am almost done with upgrading everything in my city as high as I can. Will there be a maximum amount of points that I will reach or is there ways to keep boosting it?
