The new victory conditions haven't been released to the worlds yet, but hopefully in the next week they will be.

At that time it will be the normal 0800 check every day to see if the world has been won.

I see you guys have finally made the new victory conditions! This will help us a lot as we won't have to capture players under 1200pts. When will these worlds be declared won? I'm sure many are like this yet none have been finished (including mine). When will you have these worlds scanned and put into the guild world list?
