Orlor,
I don't mean to cause issues or be a troll, but do you know that after 3 days, folks are becoming vested in other games. I don't know if you needed to UPS a server to your colo or something, but this length of failure is rather catastrophic. I appreciated the update about your NC colo, but if this was a hardware problem, it should have been solved with replacing the hardware.

Orlor,
Can you tell us the nature of the problem so we at least know what you are dealing with? Some of us are very technical and have backgrounds in incident management. I'd just like to know the root cause. "It's broke" is a little lean. Sit would certainly help those who are drooling to get back in have a better understanding.
