Hi Valorians,

Yes, this is a known issue and we are actively working on it now with our new team, we expect to have it resolved in the near future. I don't have a specific time frame yet as we are digging into everything, but the overall work is going to see a huge improvement in the game. Thanks for sticking with us and let me know if I can help you with any problems. I'm working through the tickets on Zendesk as well.

same for me... download it in august and crash when i open this app. still no updates
