As you're probably sick of hearing, we're still working on the account transfer issue. We recently discovered that this problem has existed far longer than the new team has been with the company, meaning that we have to discover the bad coding, rewrite the transfer systems, and test the new fix. We hope to have all account transfer bugs fixed soon.
