These are forums are a great place to get some info from your fellow players, but it isn't a direct line to our support team.
I would take a screen shot of this and send it to our support team which you can locate by looking at my signature.
Please also include all the information you did here as it will help them fix your issue.
When did you send in that original support ticket? The support team is not open on weekends so the issue will be handled Monday morning.
