Valor must take accountability for their actions, or rather lack thereof. That means amending the wording of there error messages too.
"...you must summon power of internet", at first that was cute. However when ones internet is online and fully functional it is very annoying.
Rather state, "While you have accessed the internet, our servers are down and not available right now. We apologise for the inconvenience"
Secondly, how long is the measuring unit for "we will be back shortly"?
Suggest you guys, get your act together. had like 30 members from previous guilds leave the game due to this lack of interest and downtime.
People would be fired for administrating a system like this at my place of work.
Suggest, you place a list of worlds with a status field advising whether world is active or maintenance being completed and for heavens sakes, dont bring all the worlds
down at once. It can be staged and scheduled, perhaps read DBA for dummies.
