The support team is closed on the weekends. For your exact support ticket I do see it is being looked into though of why you can't access that world. The earliest you will probably hear of a response though will be Monday.

Is there weekend cover for the helpdesk? I'm currently locked out of my world and was kinda hoping not to spend the weekend that way :-(
