Yes, as TheGhost said, it takes more scholarships to produce scholar #2 than it does scholar #1. For example: scholar 3 costs 3 scholarships but scholar 1 only costs 1 scholarship.

Hello

I currently have 2 scholarships however when I go to create a scholar, it says 'More scholarships needed'. Why is this?
