Yes sir I did. Realized its a totally different problem... The email I used was for old account that I lost and I restarted but didn't validate email. Waiting for help desk to restore the newest account after I updated my support ticket. I am a dork!

So my phone broke and I had to transfer account to a different device. The transfer process went smooth and I confirmed with my valid email linked to my account. Says successful but when I go to my portal it only has world 66! I never played world 66! I need back into w97 where I am at war and certainly under attack or will be once this message is read! If orlor could read this, my help desk ticket # is 44001. Need help as quick as you are available please
