I have a couple points of advice here.
1. Find allies. Get people to help you fight the bigger guild.
2. Be active and set up ops. The more you fight back, the harder it is for them to win. Also, support each other. If they lose enough troops, they'll likely look for peace terms.
3. Try to find peace terms with them. See if they'll bargain with you.
