Completely right!!!

It happened to me as I conquered 60 barbs and didn't renamed any of them... But never with any of my previous listed cities that I named depending it's coordinates (so having unique names)

One cause for this is if you have multiple cities named the exact same. Listing order is determined by alphabetical order, so if they're all the same there's no way to differentiate.

I'm not sure if any are experiencing this.

My cities keeps on rearranging themselves in the side bar after you refresh the list
And when you scroll through them. Might be a bug? it's a bit frustrating.
