Reports missing

I havent get all msg on w177, its really annoying .attacking reports wont show up allways or havent get any report if attacked but lost city ! Mostly reports coming normally , i waited weeks but still this continues. I dont have this problem other worlds where i playing .

Those are issues we are aware of and currently working on.

Unfortunately at this time there isn't an eta of when those will be resolved.

I don't even get reports when I'm the attacker sometimes. My troops just disappeared into thin air :( Submitted a ticket and still waiting for respond.

Any idea on when the report issues are going to get fixed?

Nothing like not being told your city is getting hit, even when your scrolling thru them all...
