Do it more than hundred times and it still remain the same, guess their server do not have the storage capacity or too slow?

close the game, and restart it might help, I've had the same problem with forwarding reports

I can't get into my next city, it always tells me valor is updating.... More than 15 minute, can this problem be solve, I got 900 over cities to check on!!! Can't even access more than 10 cities per day, a bit sucks!
