Medals earned in one World will show in all others. These players would have earned Medals on W73, where a round has already concluded.

No competitions

Im in two worlds 37 and 72 where players have already earned medals from competitions. I have never received notice about a competition and I check to see if one is started all the time and have never seen one active or recently finished. How are we suppose to compete if we don't know about a competition?
