Point of fact is that in 4 months playing this game I've never seen a "Help" Icon. Android may not support help yet perhaps.

When I follow the instructions (Portal>Gear>Help>Support>Mail) to get to support I am taken to a settings page with no Icon for "Help".

Ok, well there's a couple hundred bucks down the drain. I play on a Kindle Fire. There's no way to get beck into W65?

What device are you currently using for that?

Unfortunately account transfers are not in just yet for Android devices.

I know it is something the Android team is working on though.

I recently had to switch tablets due to a charging issue. When I reinstalled I could not access my previous Worlds. I come in at W80 and I play in W65 primarily. I can't seem to get in or can't find a log-in to my account. Am I missing something?
