The "green lights" means all your troops survived
the "orange ones" means some of your troops died
red- all died
blue- only scouts was sent out or have survived to return.

The haul is under the troops in the attack report. If the haul is 0 then the city didn't have any resources otherwise the resources should be added to yours once the troops have returned to the city.

Thanks - but it is still offering to "send" goods somewhere and although attack successful and troops returned, can't see that the captured goods have been added? Some have gren lights next, others orange? the instructions for the game are really very unclear and unhelpful...
