1. Only other players and resource/population limits
2. Fight him or organize people to fight him
3. Diplomacy with him or take him out first

There is a 10000 point city conquering at an incredible rate 1 city every day or something like that. I am a distance away but I have three quiestions.first is there anything that could stop this city from takeing this part of the world for himself. Second is there any thing I can do to slow or stop him. And thirdly how do i make myself so that he won't attack me.
