Attacks already launched will still register. The point of truce is to give your city(s) time to recover, while no new attacks can be launched under the truce effect. When attacks are launched at your city, you will still need to support it and survive the queue of launched attacks.

I need clarification about the truce. I I purchase a truce after attacks have been launched at my city, will the attack still occur or will the attack be deflected. If the attack Stiill occurs, then what's the value of a truce?
