Ever wonder how scouts can send a report back to base as soon as they reach there destination a thousand of miles away or more

They carry very primative cell phones with a long string and two styraphome cups at each end.

They called it a styraphone back in those days

Hmmm I see 1000 knights a few hundred lancers and zerks and about 5000 guards.....now who here has 1 gold piece to make the call back to base. Ah crap. Spare any change Sir
