i know that push notifications are not working but sometimes i receive some: "barbarians are attacking your city" or something like that and warehouse full.

This thread is from November 2011. Has there been any updates? I used to receive push notifications on my iPhone 4 when under attack, when a new message came in, when buildings had completed construction, etc. Now I only receive notifications for building completion. I've checked my settings, and I have every notification turned on. Is there a fix for this?
