Destroying the rally point of a barbarian city is not a good move. Since barbarians don't move their troops, they really have no need for a rally point. The thing to attack if you're trying to farm a barbarian city would be the barracks. You want the barbarian city to flourish its resource gathering buildings and you want it to grow, but you don't want it to establish an army. Don't kill their farm, city hall, lumber mill, iron mine, quarry, etc.

Just my thoughts.

Ok, let's say city A has troops and the rally point is demolished, you will not be able to send troops out of city A, however, other cities will still be able to send attacks or support to city A, you just wont be able to see when try are coming and who is sending them

What happens to the troops of a city when the rally post has been demolished? If it is a barb city for instance will those troops be able to attack, attacks you have sent to the city?
