Hi Colin2919,

You should follow Boomhaur's advice and use the zendesk for this issue and any other technical questions regarding Valor.

Concerning email validation, our zendesk's Knowledge Base has an article that tends to solve most cases of email validation help. You should definitely check it out!

If you are still having trouble validating your email after reading that article and testing it out, shoot us a support email through the zendesk, and we'll see what we can do.
