Greetings Jeroen,

There are a few ways to empty your warehouse. The main way is to buy things, this includes - upgrades to buildings (available through the city hall), buying troops (available through barracks/stable/workshop), or purchasing scharships or training scholars (available through the academy).

Second way is to upgrade your warehouse lvl though the city hall.
