Mmm, might what to send an ticket in. Other idea I have is to turn off your device and back on to see if that works.

I've had the same issue in a different world. Although I can still see my cities on my portal page. I see it on the map as mine. I just get an error message when I click on it. I've reinstalled twice with no luck.

I'm in world 22. (Vincentia)

I can't access my city at 265,491. It lost from the portal page but I can see it from map.

When I access it from map it lead me to other city (270,491).
