Refresh. Or quit and restart the application.

This seems to happen more frequently as of late. When the resources were taken the building was added to the server, but your local copy for whatever reason didn't register it (or there was a loss of data between your device and the server, whatever). If you refresh then you will pull data directly from the server and your queue should update correctly.

Happens to me all. the. time.

Resources taken for building project but the building project hasn't joined the queue. Any suggestions? It was a huge amount, too!
