Morale are the troops strength of each of your attacks. It your morale is showing -20 meaning you're attacking at only 80% strength of your total troops strength in that attacks. And it goes the same as +20 means at 120% strength which will increase the killing power and minimise your troop loss.

Morale as far as I know is 33%-100%

its based on how much weaker or stronger the opposing player is compared to you. if they are weaker then your morale goes down. lowest ive seen is 60%. if the enemy is stronger, the same, or just a little bit weaker then the morale is 100%

How do you raise moral? I've been constantly farming city's of people not playing and my moral is down to 60%, I'm about to try to conquer a city and resting them now, is there any other way to improve it (without gold)? Or is it based on time? If so how much time?
