When it is bug fixes for major issues we usually do describe what it was. A couple I can think off the top of my head is when there were major map problems and the oops errors were everywhere.

When it isn't described it is usually just a bunch of smaller ones.

Any way you guys could add a little more descriptiveness to the changelogs?

I love seeing "Bug fixes", but I want to know what was fixed! :P
