Maybe just lv15. At 20 there would be to much stuff at too high. A lv20 wheel would give away 100k based on the increase in prizes.

Each lv auto increase: 100
Lv1-2 How it is now
Lv3-5 resources +200 all
Lv6-8 resources +500 all
Lv9-10 basic auto increase 1.5k, 1 scholarship availible
Lv11-12 Resources +1000 all, 3 scholarship availible, Winnable gold: 10-15
Lv13-15 Resources + 2500 all, 5 scholarship availible, 2hr speed up, 3 amulet, Winnable Gold: 20-35

Great idea. Build the wheel of fortune to level 20 and something useful.

yea i think about this too.. these wheel of fortune only works on the early games where 2k resources and 15mins reducing time does matter. later on this prizes are not so worth.. i think it would be good if the prizes are up as it will worth trying ? like 4-8 k resources or even scholarships like what oleoleo suggest :)

In one of the other threads, someone suggested making the fortune upgradeable, with better prizes as it got higher.

How about making the top prize a scholarship? That would certainly motivate veteran players to keep going after amulets, as 2000k of one type of resource or 15 minutes of build time isn't really a big deal after a short while...
