Heres a suggestion how about valor actually does what it promised....

We have been working hard to improve our servers and are happy to announce that we no longer have daily server downtime! The daily server maintenance from 9:00 - 9:25 AM GMT has been removed.
Server maintenance will now only be implemented as needed, thereby greatly reducing downtime on Valor and granting users more time to play!
In addition, players will now receive notifications of server maintenance both in-game and on our universal forums in advance, providing time for players to make preparations for the downtime.
Thank you for your patience as we continue to make Valor a more and more epic game!
