Can Playmesh PLEASE implement this? I wouldn't think it would cause many problems and should be easy.

Don't worry. If the member attacks someone he's not supposed to, the leader will find out. Otherwise use claims. Everything else is considered farming basically

It would be good if the warlord could see the troop movements of any member of his/her guild, using arrows on the map...
Would be so satisfying to see a well timed pincer movement being depicted on the map...
