Bad idea.
I dont want anyone following my every move, seeing what buildings i upgrade, how many resources i've gained off of which city, where my troops are at any given time, ect... and i dont think anyone else would either.

Spies

I think Playmesh could add spies to valor so instead of sending scouts every time you want to attack someone you'd get constant updates every so often. Also with the spies you could have different classes of spies like a builder to tell you about the buildings the player you are spying on is making. Or you could have a lancer spy to tell you when the person is going and who etc. I think that spies would make the game more strategic and fun.
