Sorry... I didnt put an example of the catapaults power on: ballista power=80
Catapault power=1.5X80= 120. The strongest attack unit in the store. It is pretty much getting 1 1/2 ballistas but saving 1 farm space.

I don't like the idea. All it sounds like is a weak but expensive ballista. Everyone says they want to add a new unit, but it doesn't do anything unique like the other units. Right now all the units have different strengths and weaknesses. The catapult does exactly the same as ballistas, but much weaker. It has a lower infantry defense, calvary defense, and attack but takes up X2 more population than the ballista. The only reason a catapult would be worth recruiting is because it destroys buildings X1.5 faster.

Nice addition Bailey98!

I have personally always been inclined to add another workshop unit, whether or not it is specifically a siege unit, just to give the workshop a bit more flavor and appeal.

The way Valor is currently set up, I am also inclined to want to keep city walls intact, as I cap it. If I were to run into a scenario of overwhelming defensive odds of 100-200k troops, that just tells me that there are at least half a dozen other juicy cities that are completely empty at the moment. Take over those cities, pull out the support, break the guy down piece by piece. It's quite a bit of scout work, but saves tons of hours against throwing hordes of troops against an overprotected city. But I agree with LordFirefall that there are times when those situations are unavoidable, especially in guild wars.

Keep the ideas coming!

And also nikhil. Maybe you don't like the idea but that doesnt mean that other people wont like it

I like it.Not as much work as making 3000 ballistas to get something out of attacking.Just 2000

Who doesnt want a large variety of units to have in their city?

Adding a new unit is a lot of work, and with rams and ballistas I don't think people would want another workshop unit.

It is pretty standard in W43 hotzones. Have also gone up against cities where I had to kill 250k troops. That was before and after a truce though - spaced over 2-3 days.

100k-200k troops
You know that is a pretty crazy amount of troops and that is rare to come across someone who has 50-100 cities supporting just one.
